Instrument Based Policy and CATSP Implementation Capacity Building Programme
This training programme has been designed for management and technical staff at national and provincial levels, who are critical to the dissemination of the reforms under the CATSP and subsequent implementation of the plan.
The training is phased out as outlined below.
1. Policy makers (Senior MOA management)
2. Policy experts (training of trainers) and
3. Technical Experts
Overall Benefits of CATSP Training is to ensure that the Ministry experts understand and owns the processes to ensure full implementation. Other benefits include
